Pigmented primer in RAL 9003  colour based on modified acrylic resins  dispersed in an aqueous system, specifically formulated for the preparation of industrial concrete surfaces prior to their protective coating with the two-component polyurethane finish  CIR ULTRA FINISH COLORATO.

PROMOCEM 9003 evens out the absorption of the concrete flooring  and promotes the adhesion of subsequent protective finishes, optimising their application. PROMOCEM 9003 has a  good degree of penetration  and also has a surface re-agglomerating action, eliminating the problems caused by the dusting typical of concrete surfaces. PROMOCEM 9003  creates a thin base coat in RAL 9003 colour, which significantly increases the coverage of subsequent coats of paint for the creation of coloured decorative finishes that are able to achieve 100% coverage. PROMOCEM 9003 contains adhesion promoters that do not undergo hydrolysis over time, which significantly increase the adhesion of the product and subsequent finishes to the substrate. The product is UV-stable,  does not yellow and can be applied both indoors and outdoors.
