PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Product based on specific lithium silicates in aqueous solution, particularly suitable for consolidating all those substrates that show chalking and/or decohesion phenomena, both superficial and deep, increasing their mechanical resistance to abrasion and impact. Following a reaction between atmospheric humidity and the constituents of the support, the active ingredient transforms into silica gel which then acts as a binder for the detached material.
ACQUACONS has a good degree of penetration allowing to consolidate the material in depth; moreover, its application does not change the breathability of the substrate and does not decrease its permeability to water vapour. ACQUACONS does not significantly change the chromatic aspect of the treated materials and has a high resistance to U.V. rays. The reaction of its active ingredient does not cause expanding phenomena inside the treated support.
